Your activities:

  • Support of the managing director and the team in all organizational and administrative matters
  • Switchboard and database support
  • Independent handling of correspondence and research
  • Planning and coordination of appointments and meetings (online, hybrid, presence) as well as travel preparations and bookings; travel expense reporting
  • Planning, organization and support of internal and external events
  • Ordering and management of office equipment and consumables
  • Hospitality and reception of guests and visitors
  • Vacation replacement in the area of preparatory accounting after appropriate training

What we expect:

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • Experience in the areas of administration, organization of events and project management
  • Initial experience in preparatory accounting is desirable
  • Good knowledge in the use of Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, structured and independent work style
