Benedikt Stücker advises companies comprehensively on commercial and distribution law as well as product liability and product compliance. His expertise also extends to the drafting of complex contracts and the settlement of disputes, both out of court and in court. As part of his range of services, he advises clients in the areas of IT law, compliance and internal investigations and provides support in complex disputes.
Career & Vita
After completing his vocational training, Benedikt Stücker studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, specializing in “Economics and Business”. At the same time, he completed specialist foreign language training for lawyers (English) and deepened his knowledge by spending time abroad.
He then worked as a research assistant at Luther while working on his doctorate. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Celle. Today, Benedikt Stücker works for Luther in the Commercial department at the Hanover office.
