Appointing a “person responsible for market surveillance” is a statutory obligation for every company, not just for license holders. You can and may delegate this role to us. You nominate us to the authority as your person responsible for market surveillance and we ensure that all associated obligations are fulfilled. We ensure that we can be contacted by any market surveillance authority and can coordinate the relevant questions and tasks of the authorities.
