The ability technical innovation and the fulfillment of legal requirements always goes hand in hand with structured workflows and processes.
And more and more legal regulations are placing specific requirements on quality management systems.
Both in the GPSR (“General Product Safety Regulation“) – Regulation (EU) 2023/988 as well as in the specific regulations of the concrete product categories, such as in Regulation (EU) 2018/858 with regard to vehicles and vehicle parts.

Type approval / certification of your products

All products are subject to legal requirements – for electrical appliances, bicycles, machinery and equipment or vehicles and vehicle parts.
In some cases, it is sufficient to ensure conformity and the products can be placed on the market via CE markings.
In other cases, type approval is required – which means that conformity is first checked by an appropriate authority – before they can be placed on the market.
