What our new webshop offers at a fixed price

Thanks to our many years of experience, we can estimate the costs behind our services so accurately that we can now offer fixed prices! We are also increasing our customer focus in a new web store.

FIXED PRICES FOR OUR SERVICES

With the restructuring, we now offer our customers even more security: there is now a specific fixed price for a specific service!

We bear the risk of higher costs, but estimate this to be low based on our experience. As we deal with legal requirements and pull together with our customers to fulfill legal obligations, there is an interest on both sides in a smooth and speedy project process.

That’s why we decided to take the plunge and offer well-calculated fixed prices.

NEW WEBSHOP SINCE AUGUST 2024

No sooner said than done: we have now mapped our services (training, consulting services, interim management, etc.) in a new web store. This has been available online since August 2024.

We have made some changes, particularly in interim management, and are adapting more specifically to actual customer needs and our core expertise.
This means that in interim management we now offer to take on specific functions that are typically expected by the authorities.

WHAT CONTENT DOES THE WEBSHOP OFFER?

For example, we offer the role of a KBA representative to the KBA (Federal Motor Transport Authority). We also offer market surveillance and the role of “PSCR” (Product Safety & Conformity Representative) as an external service, especially for smaller companies.

We are currently developing a corresponding interim management product for the topic of recall management:

We don’t just offer advice on how to carry out a recall and don’t just take on elements of recall management.

SPECIAL: We will offer the role of recall manager.

This means that if a company needs to carry out a recall, it can book an expert from our team to coordinate the recall within the company.

In other words, we don’t offer the service directly, but we make sure that we use a service provider for all relevant services.
This means that we can actually take over the pure coordination of the callback manager.

NEW CONTENT IN THE TRAINING PORTFOLIO FOR THE COMPLETE PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE

Attentive webshop visitors have already noticed: We have invested a lot of time and energy and significantly expanded our training portfolio!

  • There are also our own 12 core training courses, which we have developed ourselves over the last few years.
  • We have also started cooperations with ATL, Haus der Technik and other smaller providers.

OUR GOAL: To expand the training portfolio so that customers can ideally find the right training from us for the entire product life cycle, from product idea to product disposal!

We have also further developed the learning path concept based on this: we can now clearly recommend to our customers which combination of training courses – based on the initial qualification – will help them to achieve a specific learning objective.

WHAT ABOUT THE CONSULTING SERVICES?

With regard to consulting services, we can offer the following tasks with clearly defined content at corresponding fixed prices:

  • Initial evaluation
  • Preparation for type approval
  • Accompanying the type approval,
  • Preparation, planning and implementation of CoP
  • Advice on preparing a recall
  • Carrying out a recall
  • RAPEX risk assessment
