Consulting
Within the scope of a consultation we accompany you in all matters of legal requirements from A like initial assessment to Z like approval.
We support you in the approval of your (automotive) products, series monitoring, recalls and everything that goes with it. From A for initial assessment to Z for approval, we are your experts. We have optimally prepared our previous clients for the initial assessment by the licensing authority. We have supported approvals for vehicle parts and complete vehicles and clarified difficulties with the approval authority. We also provide support for CoP-Q and CoP-P and thus ensure the conformity of your products both with the help of the relevant processes and via the required product tests. Our expertise extends even to the preparation, support or independent execution of recalls, should your products have a corresponding defect.
Trainings
Our comprehensive training program is based on the product life cycle:
- It all starts with the recognition of your company as an approval holder and the product approval itself. Here we offer appropriate training on the approval process, GSR2 and other topics.
- In the next step, as you transfer your product to series production, we offer a CoP basic training course and a CoP expert workshop.
- If your product is on the market, you have legal requirements for product and market surveillance and recalls. Our Market Surveillance & Recalls training is complemented by Product Liability & Product Safety training.
- With regard to supplier management, we offer PSCR training and a PSCR workshop.
Expert opinion
We have a particularly high level of expertise in the assessment of product defects with regard to conformity (to legislation) and safety. Often a recall was ordered by an authority, but the product defect was not reliably qualified as a serial defect. We can clarify this for you within the scope of an expert opinion.
In addition, we can assess the approval requirements and approvability of your products in the form of an expert opinion.
Interim management
As part of interim management, we can provide you with an experienced senior manager for projects with a limited term who will take on a management role in your company. It goes without saying that the interim manager is able to lead and professionally guide an existing team or to restructure an existing team in coordination with your HR department in order to optimally prepare it for new tasks and content during phases of change or company restructuring. Building a new team under the leadership of our senior manager is also an option.
